A joint performance between Taiwan, China and Japan;gZhu Wen Elopes with the Ghosth was premiered at Taipei National Experimental Theater in Taiwan on 2006. The play was directed by Tomoe Shizune who is a president and art director of our dance company; gTomoe Shizune and Hakutoboh. It won the grand prix of the Performing Arts Department, the Fifth Taishin Arts Awards. We are invited to make the performance atgFESTIVAL DE LfIMAGINAIREh at the Opera Bastille, Opera National de Paris on April 13 and 14, 2010.

gZhu Wen Elopes with the Ghosth is a love story between ghost and human beyond space and time. The performance will be played by a traditional theatrical company gGang-A-Tsui Theaterh in Taiwan that succeeds Nan Kuan Opera that has a history of 800 years in China and our Butoh group. From a viewpoint of Asia, traditional culture of Taiwan and China is reviewed and considered in the modern world. It is an ambitious creation.
