New edition of
"Introduction to Butoh" and "Face of Butoh"

This time, with the support of the Agency for Cultural Affairs "Continuing Support Project for Cultural Arts Activities", we have produced the booklets "Butoh Introduction" and "Butoh no Kao" (new edition) that describe the activities of the Butoh Company "Tomoe Shizune and Hakutobo". .. I did my best to help you understand the performing arts.
While the stage activities including overseas travel are limited due to the corona, we have developed 5 languages, English version, Korean version, French version, and traditional Chinese version, not only for Japanese version but also for foreigners. We are doing it. We will publish part of it on the web below, so please have a look.

For those who are looking for two DVD works, "The Story of a Tree" and “The Body -The Expression of a Creature’s True Nature”, from May 30, 2022, the booklet of "Introduction to Butoh" and "Face of Butoh". Please note that we do not currently distribute the booklet for free.
